We reserve the rights for print errors, change in prices, missing and delayed deliveries and sold out items. You can pay with Dankort, Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard credit card, Visa-Electron and JCB.

Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. All prices can be displayed in the following currencies:

SECURITY

You can safely use your creditcard on our web shop. Our payment system reqiures 3D Secure – a worldwide security standard verified by Visa and Mastercard.

If your card is flagged as not 3D Secure, or if you’re having issues with the 3D Secure data not being accepted (Verified by Visa/Mastercard Secure etc.), it is best to contact your bank to confirm if there is an issue and to make sure your card is 3D Secure.

TAX / TAX FREE

All prices on drawnbykaawn.com are including 25% EU VAT. Please also note that customers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once the product reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. Drawn By Kaawn has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to your online order. As an alternative you can try www.dutycalculator.com. However we do not guarantee the prices are 100% correct, they are just estimates.

WARRANTY

All products is also covered by a 2 year warranty, under condition that the product has not been mishandled.

RETURNS / EXCHANGE

You have 14 days from the day you recieved the product to return any unused items. You can also exchange an item to a different size or color. Just send your unused item to our address. If the item is sold out, you will however receive a full refund. 
The returned items must be in unused and original packaging. The customer is abliged to pay for the shipping, which can vary.

If you wish to exchange an item to a different size or colour you have 14 days from the day you recieved the product to exchange the item. We will then send you the exchanged item free of charge. If the item is sold out, we will instead give you a full refund. The return shipping fee will be paid by the customer. During the holiday season, the return period is extended until the last weekday in January. All items must be returned unused.

COMPLAINTS AND FAULTY DELIVERED GOODS

If you have received a faulty item, or if it is not the product is on your invoice, you will be returned simply as described above. If we believe that your complaint is justified, we will send you a new product free shipping and will refund your shipping costs equal to the cost of postage for a B-letter. If the item is out of stock, we will refund the price of the item. For EU customers, if your case has been mistreated or we have not together reached a final solution, you can as a final doing submit a complaint to the European Commission Online Dispute Resolution at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped by parcel post with GLS, UPS or FedEx. You therefore have the opportunity to follow your package via track and trace from shipping it until it is delivered. For packages delivered within Denmark we use GLS. If your delivery address is a business address it will be delivered directly. If your address is private, the package will be delivered to the GLS Pakkeshop closest to you where you can pick it up. Once you have received the package, you should inspect the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged, please immediately contact our Customer Service.
